We can draft the Assured Shorthold Tenancy for you and advise you on what you must do with the deposit and your obligations for services to the property and to the tenant.

If the tenant does not pay, how do you get possession of your property or rent arrears? You need to serve a notice and if the tenant does not leave to issue proceedings and get an order from the court. Once you have a possession order you may need to get a bailiff to evict the tenant. We can deal with all of the above for you to ensure there are no problems which allow the tenant to stay longer.
